Day 31, September 17, 2002.

Today we had a day of rest at Ellie's place, in the evening we went to Polly's place. The other nephew of Ittie and Piet's brother.

Day 32, September 18, 2002

We left early this morning with Ellie's car to Katoomba in the blue mountains.There was a very hard wind so it was freezing. We wanted to go to the 1000 steps but they recommended us an other route, the furber steps, about 750 steps. we did a lot of steps but the furber steps we didn't find, it was a nice walk anyway. at last we took the cable down to the valley and had a nice walk over a boardwalk through the rainforrest. After that with the steepest train 51° up again, Ellie didn't like it much. Ittie and I watched Ellie more then we looked down. It was a very nice day but a little freezing. On our way back we looked in a salvation's army shop, because Ittie wanted to see wat that looked like overhere. Ittie tried a on dress from the 60's, a little small but funny.
